Freight Board Logistics Services Inc. operates exclusively as a digital logistics hub, freight brokerage, independent dispatch management service, e-commerce medical supply distributor, and commercial driver evaluation provider.

WE DO NOT OWN, OPERATE, OR MAINTAIN PHYSICAL TRANSPORTATION EQUIPMENT OR TRUCKS.

Freight Board Logistics Services Inc. is not a motor carrier. All physical transportation services are performed by independent, third-party licensed carriers and owner-operators.

We act solely as an intermediary hub between shippers and carriers. Our services are limited to arranging, routing, matching, and dispatching freight. We do not physically handle, load, or transport cargo.

While we exercise reasonable professional care in selecting and dispatching qualified carriers, we are not responsible for transit delays, cargo damages, cargo loss, theft, road accidents, or claims caused by third-party carriers or external parties.

Coordination Only

Our role is strictly limited to dispatching and routing independent carriers who specialize in medical transport.

No Clinical Liability

Because we operate as an online hub and do not physically move the cargo, we assume zero liability for the degradation, spoilage, thawing, or expiration of medical samples, specimens, or time-sensitive materials due to transit delays, equipment failure, or weather encountered by the dispatched carrier.

Dangerous Goods (TDG) Compliance

Shippers utilizing our hub for biological substances, clinical specimens, or dry ice are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipments are properly classified, packaged, marked, labeled, and documented in strict compliance with the Canadian Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Act and Regulations.

Distributor Status Only

We act exclusively as an online distributor and reseller of third-party manufactured products. We are not a product manufacturer and do not hold physical inventory on our main premises.

No Medical Advice or Warranties

All product information on this website is for informational purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express or implied warranties regarding the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or performance of any medical supplies sold through our platform. Manufacturer warranties, if any, are passed directly to the buyer.

Independent Assessment Only

These evaluations are strictly point-in-time, professional assessments of a driver's performance during the evaluation period.

No Future Liability

A successful evaluation does not guarantee a driver's future performance, judgment, or safety. Freight Board Logistics Services Inc. accepts zero liability or responsibility for any future motor vehicle accidents, property damage, cargo loss, bodily injury, or legal violations committed by a driver or carrier after completing our evaluation program.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

• Use our online hub and website only for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete shipment details, weights, and information when requesting quotes, booking loads, or purchasing supplies.
• Do not misuse, disrupt, attempt unauthorized access to, or interfere with our dispatch systems, e-commerce platform, or networks.

All payments for brokerage fees, dispatching management services, product purchases, or driver evaluations are due as specified in our invoices, e-commerce checkout, or service agreements. Late payments may result in administrative fees, interest charges, or suspension of hub access. Freight Board Logistics Services Inc. reserves the right to withhold dispatching or coordination services until all outstanding balances are paid in full.

Shippers are responsible for providing accurate shipment details, weight declarations, proper packaging, legal documentation, and compliance with all provincial, federal, and international laws.

Dispatched Carriers are independent contractors and are solely responsible for maintaining valid operating authority, cargo insurance, commercial general liability insurance, safety compliance, and legal operation of their physical equipment. Freight Board Logistics Services Inc. is not responsible for carrier compliance or safety failures.

Our website, digital hub, and dispatching services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website service, software error-free performance, or guaranteed transit times by carriers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freight Board Logistics Services Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to:

• Delays in transportation, or the loss or damage to cargo or medical specimens handled by third-party carriers.
• Carrier negligence, safety infractions, or road accidents.
• Product defects or failures from medical supplies sold via our e-commerce store.
• Incidents involving drivers previously evaluated by our team.
• System outages, digital hub downtime, website dispatch software glitches, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim, whether in contract or tort, shall not exceed the specific brokerage or dispatching management fees paid directly to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, or the purchase price of the specific e-commerce product in question.

Freight Board Logistics Services Inc. shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, labor strikes, government actions, border or customs delays, carrier mechanical failures, acts of terrorism, supply chain shortages, or health emergencies.

All content on this website and digital platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, code, and branding, is the exclusive property of Freight Board Logistics Services Inc. and is protected under Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our online hub, website, or dispatch services at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or harmful activity.

These Terms are governed by, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our online store, or the use of our digital hub and dispatch services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration held in the Province of Alberta, Canada, under applicable Alberta arbitration legislation. Each party shall be responsible for its own legal costs.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our online hub or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
